Search for your domain name
Type the name you have in mind. We will show what is free, what it costs, and what it renews at.
What you get with a domain from SitePex.
Managed from one place
Domain, hosting and invoices in the same client area, rather than three accounts and three renewal dates to keep track of.
Free WHOIS privacy
Where the registry permits it, your personal details stay off the public record at no extra cost. Some Indian extensions do not allow it, and we say which.
Auto-renew you control
On by default so a name does not lapse by accident, and switchable off yourself at any time from the client area.
Mail pointed anywhere
Use our mailboxes, or send MX to Zoho or Google Workspace. Tell us which and we will set the records up for you free.
A person to ask
If a transfer stalls or a record is not behaving, open a chat and get a real answer in about ten seconds.
Free to leave
We give you the auth code on request. A domain you own is yours, and we do not make leaving difficult.
The ones most people take.
First year, then what it renews at. The second figure is the one to choose on.

How to pick a name you will not regret.
A domain is the one part of a website that is genuinely hard to change later.
Say it out loud
If you have to spell it over the phone, it is the wrong name. Hyphens and creative spellings cost you traffic every single day.
Shorter beats clever
People mistype long names and give up. Two syllables is worth paying more for than a descriptive mouthful.
Think locally
A .in signals you are Indian, which matters for local trust and for search in India. Availability is far better than .com, so you can usually get the exact name you want.
Buy the near-misses
If you take yourbrand.in, take yourbrand.co.in too. At ₹ it is cheap insurance against someone else registering it.
Avoid trademarks
A registry will happily sell you a name that infringes one. That does not mean you get to keep it, and a dispute costs far more than the domain.
Act reasonably fast
Good names go. If one you like is free and you are fairly sure, a year of registration is a small price for not losing it while you deliberate.
Three things about domains nobody explains.
None of this is specific to us. It is how domains work everywhere.
A cheap first year is normal
Registries set the renewal price; a discounted first year is the registrar’s promotion rather than the real cost. Look up the renewal figure before registering a name you mean to keep.
You do not have to host where you buy
A domain and hosting are separate things. Point the nameservers wherever you like, and move either one without touching the other.
Domain fees are not refundable
By anyone. The registry is paid the moment a name is registered and that money cannot be recovered. Our 30-day guarantee covers hosting, never the domain.
New names cannot move for 60 days
A registry rule everywhere. If you have just registered somewhere else, point the nameservers at us and transfer later.
Domain search questions.
What is a domain name?
The address people type to reach your site — yourbrand.in, for example. It is separate from the hosting that stores your files, which is why you can move either one without disturbing the other.
How do I check if a name is available?
Type it in the box above. You will see what is free across every extension we sell, with the first-year and renewal price for each.
Which extension should I choose?
For an Indian business, .in or .co.in. For anything international, .com if you can get it. Everything else is a matter of fit — and of checking the renewal price before you commit.
Can I register more than one?
Yes, and for a brand it is usually worth taking the near-misses. At ₹599 a .co.in alongside your .in is cheap protection.
Do I need hosting to register a domain?
No. You can register a name and park it, or point it at a site hosted elsewhere. Plus, Pro and Max include one free for the first year if you do want hosting.
How long does registration take?
Minutes. The name is yours as soon as payment clears, and you can start editing DNS records immediately.
Can I transfer a name I already own?
Yes, and a transfer adds a year to your expiry rather than replacing it. See the transfer page for prices and steps.
What happens when it expires?
There is a grace period, then a redemption period with a substantial registry fee, then the name is released. Auto-renew is on by default to avoid all of that.
