How to Log in to cPanel From Your Client Area<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This option will allow you to access your cPanel directly from your client area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To access your cPanel account from your Client Area, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong>\u00a0Go to\u00a0sitepex.com\/clientarea\/login<\/a>\u00a0and log in to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong>\u00a0While in your Client Area Dashboard > Scroll Down > Manage > click the\u00a0Login to cPanel<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0on the right side, and you\u2019ll automatically be logged in without needing a username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to Log in to cPanel Using Your Domain Name<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This option will allow you to access your cPanel directly from your web browser by using a username and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are an existing SitePex customer and have your\u00a0domain DNS pointing to our servers<\/a>, you can access the cPanel via your domain name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure to replace yourdomain.com with your real domain name.<\/em><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
1.<\/strong> Navigate to the following location in your browser: http:\/\/yourdomain.com\/cpanel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your login screen should look like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong> Enter your cPanel<\/strong> username in the Username<\/strong> text box. Then enter your password in the Password text box.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can find your cPanel username and password in the \u201cNew Account Information\u201d email, which was sent to you once you\u2019ve signed up with us.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n

      • I get a 404 error or blank page when I type: http:\/\/www.mydomain.com\/cpanel<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        This may happen if you change your DNS Name Servers and wait a few hours until your domain fully propagates worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
        You can also try to log in using the server IP, as you see below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          There are two possible causes for this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your local office or network administrator may be blocking port\u00a02082<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a02083<\/strong>: You will need to troubleshoot your network connection to allow this port or point your domain to our server and connect using http:\/\/cpanel.yourdomain.com, which works over port 80.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
